The acquisition of ORCA Offshore FZE by ENCOTEC creates fully integrated professional services supported by ENCOTEC project management and consulting capabilities. It is expected to improve ORCA quality of services, reduce our business risk profile and improve business models, adding a significant amount of high-revenue projects.
